Yes, internet is required to access the dashboard and sync files. However, your Excel files can still be used offline and will sync automatically when internet is available.

Will my teachers find it difficult to use?

No. Scholarium is designed to be simple. Most teachers already understand Excel, so training is fast and easy.

Is our school data safe?

Yes. Your student data is stored securely in your school’s OneDrive folder with controlled access permissions.

Can multiple teachers work at the same time?

Yes. Multiple staff can collaborate depending on the Excel file structure and OneDrive access permissions.

What happens if we stop paying subscription?

Your dashboard access will be paused, but your OneDrive Excel files remain yours. Your data is never taken away from you.

Can you help us migrate our old student records?

Yes. Data migration is available as an optional add-on depending on the workload.

How do we make payment?

Payment can be made through Mobile Money or Bank Transfer. You will receive confirmation and a receipt.
